you're right about them being overrated. rush as many places as possible and keep an open mind. lately most of the frats have been getting more equal. the "top" tier is just kids who call themselves that on this site. the truth is that there are a lot of frats worth rushing besides phi tau, ka, phi psi and sig pi. hope this helps
