Which frats are generally known to be very selective with bids, and which houses are easier to get bids at? Which frats have the most kids rush? Obviously I'm assuming the top houses are where most kids go but which specific fraternities are known to be tough places to get bids and which fraternities are easy to get bids (not talking houses like AEPi, ZBT, Alpha Sig, etc.)
