I think it’s more like: Sig Pi and Theta Chi, dirty houses, party animals KA and SAE, slightly preppier houses, a bit more exclusive but still throw down Fiji and Sig Ep, kind of a mix between the first two rows ADPhi and Tke, almost next to each other house wise, guys have a good balance between school and partying Sig Chi and Dchi, definitely more academically inclined, somewhat clean houses. Typically ranked together anyways, very similar to one another
