First of all, lists like this are dumb AF because there is no one list that is right. You need to separate it into tiers where they are equal within the tier. Second of All... DU is down by DKE...... not that it matters, but they are the only fraternity that does not seem to be near fraternities within their tier. Basically if you start at the top and pair every 3-4 together, thats what tier you are in. The lowest top/relevant tier ends around kappa sig or sig ep (debatable). then the middle tier/slightly relevant goes to Delt (minus DU). Then the rest are irrelevant/low tier starting with TKE (including DU)...
