First - Alpha Phi is not anywhere near the top anymore for a number of reasons Second - To say that any chapter recruits only based on money and connections is ridiculous Third - These chapters change every year based on their newest PC and Theta took SOOO many legacies and transfers that they are not nearly the chapter they once were. DG takes only out of state girls regardless of their appearance so they’re not what they used to be either Don’t make it sound like these chapters are out of reach and any better than other chapters
