Pi Phi nationals got tired of the risk. The first time it was for wrecking a formal venue, underage drinking and members having at the location. I can't remember the amount of damages but it was extensive and their HQ had to jump in and help pay for it. The second time it was for hazing and underage drinking Not sure if their HQs want to deal with babysitting the chapter at Miami for a while.
