My friend, you are naive about phi psi and phi tau have parties all the time and they are chalk full of sorority girls, especially DGs. If you think you can’t go to underground parties you’re probably a Chi O or some other rule following sorority. Not saying there’s anything wrong with following the rules but I promise you girls in the party sororities will be at the underground bc they’re more fun
