Remaining the same (Not getting better or worse): Phi Tau (skeptical because they can't have sophs live in their house which will hurt recruitment), KA, Theta Chi Getting Better: Sigma Pi, FIJI (skeptical because of area displacement), SigEp Getting Worse: Phi Delt, Kappa Sig, Phi Psi, SAE, Beta (Sanctions for Phi Delt, Kappa Sig, SAE, and just general bad development by Phi Psi and Beta, although Beta has grabbed Old Nash and Mountain Dew for the 2015-16 school year) All in all, the "top tier" will consist of Phi Psi and Phi Tau with Sigma Pi, KA, Theta Chi below them and FIJI, SigEp and Phi Delt still holding middle tier Frats to watch in the next 4 years: Sigma Nu, Delta Chi, Pike, Delts, Sigma Chi - long shot (Coming back in 2 years)
