Is SAE Sigma Nu and Beta even in this conversation. FIJI and Theta Chi are much better than Phi Delt and Phi Delt is much better than Beta, Sigma Nu, and SAE. And everyone in Upper Middle Tier in the fraternity list is better than SAE. SAE is terrible now, their seniors were the only good thing they had left.
