I would say AXO definitely dropped out of top tier. Alpha Phi may have moved to Top tier. Pi Phi had a good pledge class and is better, but still struggles with that "fun to party with, but not very classy" rep which keeps them as upper middle. I think the new rankings look something like this: Top: Theta, DG, Alpha Phi Upper Middle: Pi Phi, DZ, AXO Middle: kappa, Zeta, KD, phi mu, GPhi, XO Lower Middle: Fuzzie, ADPi Lower: AOPi, AGD, AEPhi
