PNMs should know that some chapters are trying to sway you to believe they are something they aren't. Phi Mu has a TERRIBLE retention rate and their chapter is kind of falling apart. ADPi is hiding their "not as cool or pretty" girls from recruitment so you won't see that part of their chapter. It is kind of pathetic that you would cut your own girls.
