Honestly it's the alpha chapter of sigma chi, they have by far the nicest house in Oxford, and from what I hear a lot of the brothers were guys that dropped/didn't take bids from top/upper middle tier frats, I am SURE they'll be top before you know it. Side note - if you're a freshman, keep your eyes open and check out every house. The most important thing is that you find the house that makes you feel most at home
