Theta isn't top, let's just clear up the white elephant in the room. Moving on to more important things...Pi Phi isn't top, you just came back and your rep sucks, and a lot of people don't know who you are. Move down one - two tiers. DG move up one. GPhi and KD, move up to the same tier as KKG, Phi Mu, and XO. Although these five are all different in their own special way, each are the same level of "good rep" on campus, and recruit the same girls, plain and simple. And, the rest can be left alone, unless you want to swap ADPi and AOPi, if that really matters.
