My dad received this email below from Miami about Greek life and what's going on last semester. Mostly q&a stuff , but I when I read it, I can't see how a number of these things fit reality. Seems like what is being told to alumni is different than what's actually happenig. How would you answer these questions from the email? Dear Miami Alumni, We are writing to provide you with an update about Greek Life at Miami and to answer common questions we have been receiving from our alumni on this topic, including how you can help. You may have read that Miami received a high number of hazing allegations against fraternities during the spring recruitment and new member education process, and that to date Miami has responded with several sanctions, including the suspension of two fraternities. Q: How is the University defining hazing, and why is it getting so much attention? Q: Hasn’t some form of hazing always existed? What has changed?
