I don't see why it should be such a big deal if someone depledges. You have such a short time to get to know the girls during rush, how would you know it wasn't a good fit until you got to know them better. The sororities make that judgement about the PNM's regarding who they think will be a "fit" and who won't. Why would the sorority take it so personally if one girl decided she wasn't a fit for that sorority so much that it would have to make her an outcast to all the other sororities???
