I have heard people say that a sorority has had a bad PC for two years and yet they don't move in rankings. And I have seen also an agreement that a sorority had a much improved PC and not move in rankings even if the sorority above them in ranks had a poor PC (according to the opinion of others). I think the ratings are based on the reputation of attractiveness which means the sorority can only move in rankings after their perceived reputation changes even if the PC has generally improved. This year I have heard that some of the lines of the tiers are blurred meaning sometimes people wouldn't be able to say which sorority a girl was in. Also I don't think character reputation or sisterhood/brotherhood has anything to do with it. Would be interesting if it did. And tbh this is my observation and I idc really.
