This school is owned and runned by the fraternities. Fraternites are just clubs right? No, they aren't they own the school and run the school. No other club has big a-ss mansions to through parties. No other club owns houses on whole streets for their club members to live in. Why do you think Glenn McConnell could become president like that? He was a member of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity Alpha Chapter here. He's getting them a new complex I've heard. Why? Because their the reason he's president. Fraternity parties at COFC make money for the school. The rich frat alum donate money to the school. This place is run and owned by the fraternities. Conspiracy? I think so.
