Cofc frats can’t “throw” parties or “drink” so every event is off campus. Here’s real rankings tho. They all rlly but or miss. Besides top 2 most don’t have more then 1 good party all year. SAE - top Pike - lower top KA, ATO, SIGCHI - mid tier PIKAPP, DELT - lower mid (pikapp better just bc of house) SNU - some seniors r chill weird frat ZBT? - did they get kicked off? Like the brothers hated by most tho.
