Top Tier: 1. Beta/DKE- Both great, barely any really creepy guys, and always good parties. Generally chill and it never seems like they're trying too hard.Beta had the best pledge class by far. 2. Theta Chi- Really nice guys who always know how to have a good time, and parties are usually awesome, and never disappoint. This year's pledge class wasn't as great they probably hoped, but it was definitely one of the better ones of all the frats. Mid Tier: 3. PKT- A lot of awesome guys, but there's a good number who just seem really out of place there. You can always expect a good time there, since they're pretty consistent party-wise. Biggest knock against them is that they always seem like they try way too hard. Kind of dissapointing pledge class, but still plenty of good guys in the house. 4. Sigma- Despite what they might keep telling themselves, they're a long way from their rep being repaired. For the most part they care way more about just having fun than being classy to any degree. OK pledge class with a couple really great guys, and it seems like they're headed in the right direction. Bottom Tier: 5. DU- Literally the only reason they're not ranked higher is their lack of parties. All the guys are awesome, but as a house, it really doesn't bring much to the table. 6. Phi Delt- All extremely nice, "safe" guys, but at the same time everyone knows the nerdy stereotype associated with them. Pledge Class is exactly what you'd expect from Phi Delt.
