It depends. Both sororities met their quotas for fall so they may decide to do it or not based off of how many December graduates they have. They'll probably come to the open house just to check out the girls rushing in the spring whether they decide to give out COBs or not. Last year zeta, alphi phi, axo, kd, dz, sig kap, gphib, and theta all did COB.
