There is no top tier. After losing Sig Ep and Sig Chi there are no other frats as good as them. That's the blatant truth. Sig Nu and KA dropped down. It'll change after this next rush but we can all agree that Kappa Sig and ATO, while good chapters, are still not the quality chapters we associate with a top tier fraternity. Can we all agree on this and just wait until rush?
