how about this, sig nu and ka are not as good as people think but still hang with top tier sororitys and are just the same groups of friends from certain that each frat recruits from but dont have houses so only have the choice to pay to party with other frats which does not make them cool socially. kappa sig, pike, ato, sigpi, phidelt, beta, lamda, dx, agr all have houses to throw parties. kappa sig and pike by and far throw the best parties and sae parties the hardest out of all but dont have a set big party house, they all have good sorority relationships and mix with top/uppermid tiers. so to rank them: ATO, KS, PIKE SAE, KA, SN BETA, LAMBDA, PHIDELT SIG PI, AGR, DX
