this has been asked and answered before: ks has the best location as well as a pretty nice, bigger house sigpi (whitehouse), phidelt, beta, ago all have pretty good house dt but are a little smaller but still cool party houses pike's shack is cool but small and a little ways from campus sigchi, lxa, alphasig, dx, phi tau have houses further away from campus but all are a little bigger and usually good party spots.
