It's possible but I don't know how it works. When SAE at UNC was kicked off campus they became a chapter of Alpha Delta Phi and Phi Delt at Vandy became a DKE chapter when they lost national and university recognition. But I can't imagine IFC recognizing a DKE chapter that is just old Sig Ep but anything is possible.
