Sigma Chi (but it's really far away) Kappa Sig (cool house but the brothers are weirdos) Beta (don't party there often though) Pike (was better with pledge drivers but still closer than sigma chi) are the good ones with houses. Sig ep has a house too, but who knows if they'll ever be able to have parties there again. For the sake of the clemson fraternity party scene, I hope they will have parties again
