Phi Sigma Pi is an honors fraternity and I haven't heard if they actually are required to do service. I've been to a few events and it's actually pretty good for not being a social fraternity. It's also co-ed. A really great way to meet other people in Greek like and build professional relationships. They also have parties a few times a month and hold a semi formal. You get what you put into it and can do as much or as little as you like. (I have a few friends in it and am considering joining as well, all of this is just what I've heard.)
