i'll admit, i'm on greekrank wayyy too often. that said, here's what i think of the sororities we don't have at clemson right now. pi phi-big nationally, just recolonized at usc this year. have decent chapters at uga, unc, uf, fsu, etc. i know they still have lots of alumni in the area who want their chapter back. closed in 1993. dg-chapters at clemson and usc both closed in 2003. have chapters at cofc and furman in south carolina. terrible at uga and new at bama but good at uf and fsu. also strong nationally, especially out west. agd-recolonized at usc in 2012. terrible at uga and fsu but good at bama. has a lot of strength in a couple states but not as strong as other sororities IMO. not at unc, duke, or uva. had a chapter at clemson but it only lasted six years and closed in 2000, idk why. aoii-was not invited to colonize at usc when they opened for extension. brand new at fsu, top at uf, good at uga, and also good at bama. not at unc, duke or uva either. have a chapter at usc-aiken but that's it in south carolina. phi mu-probably has the most southern reputation, they recolonized at usc in 2009 and aren't doing badly at all. top at bama, decent at unc and georgia, bottom at uf. also at usc-aiken, lander, cofc, and usc-upstate. they have the best chance at getting selected next imo. out of these i'd pick dg, phi mu or pi phi to come on next.
