Here are what i would define as being the best fraternity party spots in order this fall. 1. AGR- that mansion is sick and close to campus 2. Kappa Sig- basically the same thing as AGR just on a smaller scale 3. Phi Delt- sick downtown compound and huge off campus spot 4. Phi Tau- this is new this year but those 3 houses they built behind chimney are ridiculous and holds a lot of people 5. Alpha Sig- the Sky Box used to be a bar and is a pretty dope party setup 6. Pike has a pretty cool setup and is relatively close to campus just not as good as others. good for darties though 7. Sig Ep- location behind downtown is convenient and the Whitehouse also did just get a lot of damages re done over the summer. let me know what you think/ disagree
