End of each row may fall due to bad pledge class or probation. Sig chi I'd say is better than sig ep but I think the whole tazer incident could hurt them. SAE is getting less relevant so moved them down. Phi tau's new houses have them up to almost top of the bottom tier.. pikap I have starting on the very bottom row but have potential to get ahead of bottom tier if they improve quickly. They do have good number already, but they may end up like alpha sig.
