This is an unbiased opinion and how most people view the rankings here at Clemson. Southern Top: ADPI, DDD These two sororities are the two most wanted southern sororities. Adpi gives more of the conservative, religious vibe, while tri delt gives a more wealthy but party vibe. Both of these sororities can be considered tougher to get into than some of the lower ranking sororities that look for more of a southern vibe. They pull a lot of friends groups from SC/NC. Mostly only the southern leaning frats like to mix with these two sororities. Northern/Southern top: KKG Kappa is considered to be split between half southern girls and half northern girls. Kappa is considered to be wealthy and very pretty girls, but can sometimes hold a rep in terms of "mean girls" and "messy". The southern and northern girls don't mix well inside of the sorority, and can be very divided. This sorority is very sought after by pnms, and most frats love to mix with kappa. Northern top: Zta, Axo Zta and axo give very much the same vibe, and I basically just consider them similar to kkg but brunette. Zta seems to have a little more pull on campus, but between the girls I have meant between each, they give the same vibe overall. Both are known to be wealthy and pretty girls, but can also be very much party animals. ZTA tends to pull mostly from NY/NJ, while AXO seems to pull from all over the north, as well as a lot of westerners and Floridians. These houses have a lot of pull between pnms, and all the frats love mixing with these two houses. Upper mid: Aphi, XO, KD These three house I would consider to be still great, but seem to have less pull with pnms than the top 5 houses. Aphi is known to be the "hot" sorority, mixed between northern and southern, but honestly do not do much around campus. XO is typically more northern, but gives off more of a chill vibe than zta or axo. KD is as well basically just a more chill version of adpi and ddd. All of these sororities still have a pretty good rep with the frats. Lower mid: DZ, SK, Pi phi These sororities are 3 that are very chill, do not do much on campus, but still are great. They tend to do decent in recruitment, and do not have as great of a relationship with some of the frats, but still are very fun. I would consider DZ to slightly higher ranked than SK and pi phi. They tend to pull from all over. Very nice girls. lower tier: Gphi, DG Gphi and DG are two of the most authentic sororities, but seem to struggle in recruitment compared to everyone else. Every girl I have met in these sororities are very genuine, and just there for a good time. They do not mix with very many frats, but still seem to know how to have fun. They also pull from everywhere.
