It doesn’t matter if they’re taking a spot from someone else or not. Even if they’re quota additions, it’s wrong. It’s tokenism, it’s preferential treatment, and it’s unfair to every PNM who also wanted all the positives of rush with none of the heartbreak but wasn’t given the option of handpicking their house. If they wanted rush to be inclusive, they would give all PNMs and not just Clemson Life the opportunity to choose the house they wanted.
