<strong>Subject:</strong><br />2024 Fall Fraternity Rankings+explanations for PNMs<br /><br /> Poster Message:
Top: ATO/Phi Delt/Asig Clear top 3 as far as brotherhood, housing, parties, sorority relations. All three throw consistently and are active all around campus. All three will consistently be good. ATO has The compound and the fort, great for darties and night events, Asig has the old KA house and the skybox and phi delt has the lodge. Lower Top: KS/Beta/SNU These three also are great but are slightly worse in an area. Kappa Sig and Beta have good brotherhood and sorority relations but throw less consistently than the top 3 and/or has a worse housing situation. SNU you could argue is lower because of lackluster recruitment but the AGR house really pushes them up. Mid: Phi Sig/Fiji/Pike/SAE 3 more solid fraternities. Phi sig has bamboo and great sorority involvement. Girls like them a lot and they are pretty involved on campus. Rising. Pike has the shack good brotherhood and sorority involvement. Rising. Fiji has the white house, some great tailgates and darties. SAE was on sopro last semester but has good involvement, housing situation and a great past alumni support that will keep them solid. Lower Mid: Chi Phi/Theta Chi/Dchi/KA four more very solid fraternities. Chi Phi has great housing and darties but is lower because of lack of involvement and recruiting. Also believe they were on sopro last semester. Theta Chi currently only has around 40 members (all underclassmen) because of a hazing incident last semester that kicked off active brothers and left only their 2023 fall PC. They have a great group of guys and a solid housing situation and will probably be better off than before once they get more members. Rising. Dchi has ella wahlberg and a good house, have great brotherhood, house just super far away from campus so they do not throw a ton and are not super involved with sororities. Still a very solid fraternity. KA has fallen off a lot after losing their house and has had some really lackluster recruiting recently but is still a solid option especially among in state guys and has a good reputation and connection among southern girls. Falling. Low: PKT/Chi Psi/Psi U These three you rarely hear about and both recruitment and sorority involvement is not great. Although brotherhood is good and are options Rest you never hear about or do not do any social events. For Pnms pick where you fit in best, but overall any of the top 14 listed are good options.
