She is correct that PNMs have little to no say. You can rank the sororities in order of preference, but ultimately, if they don't choose to invite you back it doesn't matter how highly you ranked them. You cannot return to a sorority that didn't invite you back, even if you ranked them number 1. In this situation, if she truly is sure she would not want to be in AXO, KD, GPB, or KKG, she needs to rank these 4 at the bottom of her list every night and just hope that the others like her enough to invite her back. If she truly has already determined that she is not willing to give these 4 a chance and would not accept a bid from them, her best chance of ensuring that they release her is by directly telling them that she really doesn't see herself there and asking them not to invite her back.
