Way overvaluing housing imo. Chi Phi has sick properties; when was the last time they threw h2h with KA or Snu and didn't get blown out of the water? They also throw joints with Dchi and Theta Chi compared to KA/SNu exclusively throwing joints with your top 5 + PKA/Fiji every once in awhile. Housing is cool but it's just not as much as you're making it out to be.
