They're still lower top/upper mid and very popular. I think the main reasons are... they have no set house for events, and have to rely on joints for big events. It used not not be a big deal but has started to be close to a decade ago. I think the last point also affects this one. Due to having an additional expense for paying a group with a spot to party, they have less money to throw more events. They have a dirt lot but it doesn't really mean anything at the moment and they rarely use it. They have a massive clemson SN alumni network and have been top or close to it the entire time they have been here. If KS and BTP can build a decent place off campus to use SN can too. Once they do, they will be just as good if not better than anyone else here.
