A dump in Seneca doesn't qualify as a great party spot. Also AGR isn't a big national name but it's got a huge legacy at Clemson and will always be relevant. You can say the same for KA, the worst they will ever be is the bottom of the top tier. They have too much money and too many Dads, Uncles and Grampa's talking about the good old days of KA not to keep all their legacy's filing in during rush.
