Are you saying ASig bought the KA House? or they made a deal to rent it? They definitely have not bought it nor is there an an accepted offer on it - all required to be filed with the city and any financial institutions involved. Maybe they are renting it for next year. ASig coming up with close to a million dollars to buy it or even getting a mortgage for that number is just not happening.
