the tier is split. Upper Middle Phi Sig, A Sig and Fiji - they mix with better srats (AXO, XO, Aphi) and do joints with top tier frats Lower Middle Pike, SAE, DX, Chi Phi - Hang with lower tier srats (KD, DZ, Pi Phi) and do stuff together. maybe you put Theta Chi in there too.
