Those arent niches except AGR. Try hard and g@y aren't really niche's. Also if KS is try hard you need to list KA and Fiji as try hards too. SN actually had brothers dating eachother at TWO different points in the last decade (2012 and 2016 were years my fraternity documented their bros dating) so you might as well list them with beta, even though there isnt any proof of them being g@y. ATO and PDT are the only 2 pristine clemson fraternities here.
