Quota Plus. Quota is the same for all sororities but some take more than quota due to quota plus. Pnm's who ranked all their pref houses will get a bid even when it puts a house over quota. Those who SIP may not get a bid. Which house a quota addition goes to depends on how many active members each house already has, where the house ranked the pnm on their list, and where the pnm ranked that house. Your friend's PC is larger because it took more quota additions than the other.
