it’s all based on data from years and years of recruitment. some chapters have a longer history of getting more girls back so they drop more/give less bids during recruitment bc fewer members tend to drop the chapter during the year (ex: ddd, adpi). others keep more girls during recruitment bc they tend to have more drop (ex: sk, dz). these are also the ones you will see/not see during COB as well. usually most chapters participate in COB to reach quota, but adpi and ddd usually don’t (and didn’t last year)
