It’s exactly how the real world works. What do you think happens when you go to work for a company or organization? You likely start at the bottom and that’s what you are known for. Over time you can work your way up and get respect, but initially you are looked at as a replaceable entry level job. Being in a bottom tier sorority means you couldn’t get into a better one because when you went through recruitment they judge your personality and looks. So when you’re in the lowest of the low sorority you’re looked at as weird by everyone else in Greek. When you’re in a top tier you’re looked at as someone who must have something going for them. Middle tier are the average joe’s who have potential. You complain about everyone making fun of you and judging people in bottom tiers but that’s the reality when you’re in the bottom 3.
