It’s used in remembering the person for voting. Voting would be more on conversation, not looks. Go through recruitment being yourself, TALK, and make your own judgments when you talk to girls in each house. They are not just interviewing you, you need to be interviewing them. They will be just as nervous as you, Just don’t let it show. Don’t talk about which sorority you want. Give each house a fair chance. And, its not about getting a top tier house. it’s about finding the fit for YOU to make lifelong friends with. It’s about learning to serve others including working with charities. It’s not about being popular. And, no matter which house you end up in, just like in every part of life - there will be both good and bad people in it. These houses have several hundred girls as members in each one. When someone joins a sorority and says they couldn’t make a connection with anyone in that house, out of several hundred girls - then that girl is the problem, NOT the sorority.
