They never left but, their nationals is getting cold feet returning because they heard from the school that the old chapter has recruited 50+ guys underground and do not want any part of the old chapter having an influence over the new colony. Pretty much exactly what happened to Pike. The only thing is they are probably only waiting a semester to return, and will have some very heavy oversight on the chapter. They are actively recruiting but do not advertise it yet. You have to know someone who knows someone.
