You don’t. It took years for Clemson to determine need for a new chapter and to be open to expanding & then a lot of effort from different sorority nationals to show Clemson why their chapter needed to be here. They eventually chose Pi Phi, which then took months of preparing and tons of hard work from nationals and the colonizing class to make successful. You dont get to just “start” one. That being said, years from now when Clemson inevitably decides to colonize a new chapter, I hope it’s DG.
