I bet the landlord told you all of this, bet yall are best pals. Phi Delt signed a lease through this next december, since the crowd before them were evicted in late november and they swooped in to sign immediatly. so now the leasing cycle starts in december. Even if the landlord wanted phi delt out which they dont, theyd have to wait until the end of the semester. what youre saying makes no sense. I doubt youre even at clemson anymore.
