lol anyone in phi delt trying to say they decide who gets the compound needs help. Unless you own the property you have no say who lives there. The landlord told me the other day the back house is some girls. the other back house is some "frat boys" and then the front house was condemened but they fixed it up enough to lease it to some geeds. So there we go i dont know who those frat boys are but unless the geeds are kids in an off campus fraternity and technically unaffiliated than i think only one of the houses even has greek kids living it.
