Being part of a colonizing chapter is such a different experience! Instead of finding a sorority through rush you're creating one for other people to find! Plus if you rushed this year then you have to wait for the fall anyways to join as per pan hel rules and they may be doing recruitment at that point. Also, they just finished their second rush at USC so they haven't "remained" bottom, they just got added to the list last year. And however they do there isn't a reflection on what they can be here anyways. If you're shallow enough to fit all the criteria that OP mentioned then please do not join Pi phi and give them a reputation they do not deserve! Learn about their traditions, philanthropy, and go to one of their events before you get involved with a commitment like this
