Adpis definitely have the most as far as student government and clubs and stuff like that. They prob have the most cheerleaders and rally cats too. Zeta has some cheerleaders and rally cats too and they have many girls in other clubs. DZ and KD also have a lot who are involved. I'm not sure about DDD and KKG, but I'm sure they have some. XO is one of the least involved, not that that's bad, they are just not the type to do that. Not sure if that's what you meant but I hope that helps!
