Back in the day, everyone had party houses that were further away - KA's Lodge, SN's Lake House, SAE's Ski Lodge so did Phi Delt, LXA, Delta Chi in Six Mile or Seneca. Pike and AGR were the closest except for Beta who originally had the "White House" in the 80s & 90s they got kicked out then Pi Kapp had it for a year before they bought the apartment building that is now the KS house.
